To file a complaint, complete this electronic form.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 10 business days. If your complaint is admissible, you will receive a reasoned response within 30 working days of the acknowledgement of receipt.

Example of inadmissible complaints: anonymous complaints, non-specific complaints, complaints relating to facts more than one year old, complaints relating to facts for which there are administrative remedies, complaints about NANSEN’s general positions.
