Prevention of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse is one of our priorities. We investigate all complaints and improve our services.

Are you dissatisfied with the way NANSEN works or the quality of service?

To file a complaint, fill is this electronic form.
Acknowledgement will be sent within 10 business days. If your complaint is admissible, you will receive a reasoned response within 30 working days of the acknowledgement.

Example of inadmissible complaints: anonymous complaints, non-specific complaints, complaints relating to facts more than one year old, complaints relating to facts for which there are administrative remedies, complaints about NANSEN’s general positions.
