Here is an analysis of the case law (2021) of the Council for Alien Law Litigations (CALL) . The weight given to forensic reports prepared by Constats vzw for the determination of a well-founded fear of being persecuted or a real risk of suffering serious harm is examined in the light of relevant ECtHR case law. This analysis completes the NANSEN Note of 2020.
