Recognition of the need for protection of the Bidoon of Kuwait

The Bidoon of Kuwait are exposed to numerous structural abuses. We have already analysed in detail the evidence of their statelessness. Here, we present the arguments in support of their need for international protection. These arguments were used in an intervention drafted by NANSEN for the CGRS on behalf of a family recognised as refugees.
